Very nice and accommodating staff. Extremely difficult backing due to space. Sleeper trucks, ask for Edgar, he will guide you back into the building - he knows just how to have you position the truck to do so. 5+ stars…….

When you come here check in and call for Edgar, for help to put in dock, almost impossible by your own to put it, better to use help than damage their building or your trailer or truck, Edgar is pro he will put you to dock
Supper tight, dont try to put it by your own unless you have day cab, with sleeper trucks is mega hard, use help
Plus that first door where driver entrance door isnt operational.bcs there are stuff behind it empty pallets and other things , you can just put to dock that i am in, if you are sleeper truck
Place is open 6am-9pm, as they told
First come first serve, quick load, unload, but i would check by calling before coming here for readiness of your load if you are picking up, if it isnt ready there is no place for truck and trailer to stay and even hard to turn around and leave.

Terrible place to deliver cars in the parking lot very little space to maneuver trailer. If lot is full you have to wait in the middle of a busy street would be no stars if it was an option

Minimum backing space,cars parked anywhere, and box trucks don't care where they park..they use 1 dock for Semi's and the others are full of stuff and cars / box trucks just parked there..its seriously disorganized and they block the entrance with a baracad🚧🚧 so you can't drive into the small drive way ...I even took pictures of the other truck after me trying to back up..a day cab has more room but they don't seem to understand that..if the entrance is blocked you'll have to go sit where ever you can till your dispatch can arrange something with them...disappointed with this place..

So tight for parking a semi! Unbelievable! Also.. my driver checked in at 1:50pm and now is 5:25pm and they still have not even given him a door! Worst thing is that is so tight that he can't even leave! For this whole time they were able to offload one truck and load another.

I've had a bad experience working with this company. The packaging they recommended was expensive and was very unliked by the customers as it didn't sufficiently protect the item it was holding, and it was not as attractive as I'd hoped it would be. I don't recommend

this place is just terrible! you will have to wait on the road until they let you into the territory (I waited for two hours) there is no parking space 53 fits, newer cam back!
