Love this place, easy to get lost in here. They’ve got everything you need and more. Prices vary, some prices are better when buying bulk, other prices are at or a little above Amazon prices. There’s only been a few things priced here that are beat by Amazon prices. I figure if you’re buying a lot of stuff for your business it’ll balance the price out.

Ultimately this is definitely somewhere you should visit at least once.

To start off, THIS PLACE DOESNT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR !!!!! Never im my life have I went to a place and got Discriminated against. I was minding my own business shopping like a NORMAL human being until I was being accused for stealing & having a gun, which was false! They even illegally searched my body. Not only that they were being rude cause I couldn’t wear my Pancho! I respected their wishes for me to take it off as I shopped and they still accused me of stealing after and kicked me out. NEVER AGAIN GOING HERE!! THE WHOLE STAFF SHOULD BE FIRED!

Most unprofessional attitudes towards long time customers.
Everytime a call is made to ask questions regarding orders or anything related to business, you are met with very nasty attitude and told off to just contact them later via e-mails because they are busy. Every single time! To point out, there is one older lady who talks down to their customers and this isn't just from one person's experience. Many of their long time customers experience the same thing. They treat everyone like they are lesser beings and basically has no customer service. Even many of their sales person agree with whoever has an account with them. This place is textbook, "you get what you get and be quiet because we are in control" type of behavior. Also they treat their employees like slaves... this place is just horrible to work at or be a customers to. Look else where.

I’ve never met a more disrespectful manager until today. I specifically had a question before I spent my money and gave this company business and I was met with attitude galore and told if I want to talk I have to pay $300 first to get my question answered. I then said before I register do you carry this specific brand and was told with a hand in my face if you want to talk you need to first sign up and pay the membership fee. Don’t even worry about me shopping here now.

If you ever wanna experience what it feels like to be discriminated, this is the place to do business. They will treat you like an animal and has ZERO customer service. Almost everyone, if not all the reps will treat you like a dog. To simply put, this place is garbage. Go take your business somewhere else.

For years I have been going through them for some of my beauty supply needs and the customer service has been HORRIBLE! there is a huge language barrier which makes it hard to process orders. When I first visited this company I was told to keep my purse closed so there will be no theft. I still stayed for 7 years not wanting to take offense to the comment but I won't spend another dime with this company again. My sales rep is anything but helpful. Over it!!

Wish I didn't have to give them 1 star. Absolute HORRIBLE customer service. They want a $300 membership fee before allowing us access to products they carry. After questioning the membership fee, the man on the phone hung up. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Today, March 28, 2019, I spoke with someone named "Ted" who said he owned the company. He was extremely rude and interrupted me when I questioned him about a product that he "wholesales" to a beauty supply in my area. He told me he would not answer my questions because I didn't have an account. I explained that my dollars spent at the store that he supplies to, contributes to their account, therefore I have a right to ask him a question. I would NOT advise anyone to do ANY business with this supplier. Obviously "Ted", is hiding something if he's not willing to answer a question and being obnoxious to avoid responding.
