I had a 8am Tuesday delivery appt I showed up Monday at 9:30pm and these nice gentleman put me in a dock and unloaded within 15min. I cannot say Thank you enough to an amazing service they provided. Great Job

I have been to other newly weds location but this one was quite good and organized. I checked in at the appointment time but had to wait to be given a door. They had cleaning work going on which blocked two docks. But once I was docked it took approximately 30 mins to get loaded. Staff are good and friendly. Can’t use their restrooms but there is a gas station next door.

They only have 2 doors for receiving so if they are both taken you have to wait for a truck to pull out. Unloading is quick. Check in, write phone number on BOL, back into dock with trailer doors closed, they will break your seal, pull up and open the trailed and back er' in. Only takes about 20-30 minutes to unload once in the door.

I arrived to my pick up appointment on time 6pm .. they told me the load wasn’t ready!! They kept me waiting until 9.45pm. If you are a truck driver, expect delays at this location.

Easy access exit I-88 , South on Orchard to East on Aucutt Rd turn right onto service road behind Has station to Newlyweds.
