I usually order grub hub through here because my family and I love the chicken and wedges and pasta salad. But after this last experience this will be my last. I ordered a tender bucket and all I received was 3 pieces of tenders and a half pound pasta salad which is the bigger option but received a small container. You guys have become really stingy the past couple orders. In the past, what I used to order would last a couple days. Being a little generous causes repeat customers.

We visited your store yesterday and was unimpressed. We live in Wilmington/Braidwood and frequent these stores all the time. We are loyalty members. Your cashier was unfriendly and did not ask if we were reward members. The bagger though was very nice. Might be time for an attitude adjustment. We love Berkots otherwise.

I was in the store on Friday and couldn't find where the Red Lobster biscuit mix was and a nice employee named Carolyn helped me find it when I thought all hope was lost. She was very cheerful and eager to help me. The store needs more people like her.

Great butcher shop, but some of the other product selections are lacking. It's a good grocery store for the quick in-and-out necessities, but I prefer to do my weekly shopping trips at Jewel.

Update: I want to complement their staff. The folks working here are always helpful and friendly. I asked someone stocking shelves for help finding two obscure items, and he directed me to both, clearly and from perfect memory.
