Vending machine accepted my debit card bit I couldn’t receive my drink. When I called the number on the vending machine, there was no one answering. In my opinion machines at EW University are a complete ripoff!

Commercial Food Systems has some of the hardest working employees I have ever met, including management. The owner doesn't put his products before people. He actually cares about each person as an individual and will work with you in anyway he can. Also, vending machines can be empty for a few reasons. It can be due to the fact that someone is constantly buying from it. Which I've seen personally. If there is a problem, this company will do whatever they can to mitigate the issue.
