I used to rant and rave about this service, you couldn't beat it but now the grocery store has been more affordable for me and still would be even if I paid for the membership to get delivery. I added everything I got in one of my boxes item for item in a grocery stores app for free pickup and it was cheaper at the store. I hate to say anything negative about a not for profit like this but I just can't stand behind it anymore. My last few boxes were a fraction of the product I used to get. I'm no longer a customer unless I see/hear things change.

Today, I received my first order from Top Box Foods. I am VERY IMPRESSED. I ordered the produce, salmon and chicken strips boxes. Everything looks great. Delivery was contact-less (very important during this pandemic), their customer service was awesome and they even gave me rice crispy treats. My refrigerator is full of food and I am already thinking about my second order. For reference, I live near downtown Chicago. I am in walking distance of Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Jewel Osco and Mariano's. From the look of it, Tox Box produce, salmon and chicken strips are on par with all of these grocery stores. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

This is based solely on poor communication . Last week Saturday a friend planned to have a food giveaway in a community where grocery store access is limited. She got 70 people to sign up and after being in communication with Top Box for months at the very last minute, they canceled and people were left without.

I like ordering from top box. But need more of a menu selection. Love the ribs and chicken strips. Ordered beff hamburgers from them once but im not a fan taste like soybean not beff. But also price is still a bit high for someone who has to make a budget on 100
