Let me tell you about Brighton. We were told cabinets would be shipped December 17th. It is now end of January and we still have yet to receive parts of our kitchen. They shipped things in multiple stages and then had the audacity to accuse us of stealing a panel. When I say stealing I mean we did not receive it and they are insinuating we are thieves and insisting we have it. This 1 item is holding us up from moving into our new home causing a major inconvenience with 2 small children. So no I don’t think I would steal 1 panel and not move in. We spent $70,000 on a new kitchen and have received NO customer service. Every time they say something is shipping they delay it. They do not care about delays and do absolutely nothing to help their customers. They refuse to speak with you and even if they do the women on the phone is extremely rude. They cannot be trusted and no one should order from them until they humble themselves with their customer service.

Brighton cabinetry has good quality products. The cabinets are of high quality. Big selection range.I personally love the drawer boxes for under the bed storage.The drawer boxes are my favorite.

Called Brighton to ask to talk with a rep. Said they only deal with dealers and would not speak with me. I purchased an entire kitchen from them and its beautiful but the damaged cabinet that was replaced was the wrong size.
I am waiting for the company, International tile and design to call me back to fix this error. Brighton Cabinetry wanted nothing to do with me. They did not want to listen to my story and wanted me off the phone as soon as possible. They need someone nice to answer the phone - get that woman off the line!

They produce one of the best quality cabinets money can buy. I think it's unfair to judge the company for the mistakes of the dealers. Obviously company doesn't deal with public so if there is an issue you need to solve, your point of contact should be the place you bought it from. I have dealt with them over 4 years now and all of our customers are very happy with their cabinetry. Not a single complaint. Any issues that we came across because of the transportation, were addressed in timely manner.

Brighton Cabinets are 5 star in every aspect. The cabinet quality is excellent. My wife and I researched several cabinet suppliers and on advice of our cabinet dealer Paul's Quality Kitchen of Fall River MA. we purchased Brighton cabinets. Our model was the raised Heartland white. Solid Maple, high quality hardware, flawless paint, custom glass doors and heavy duty rollouts. Just top notch. Our contractor never installed Brighton but raved about the quality as well, ease of installation and has set the new standard for him. Mouldings are all first class material and design and in sufficient quantity. Delivery was right on schedule, about 7 weeks from order date to delivery, and this during Covid. Customer service was 5 star as well. A rollout track issue was quickly replaced as was some blemished spots on a 2 cabinet doors. No run around here. Just a pleasure to deal with. During factory assembly we got a call from quality control team to clarify an issue. What a nice touch! Could not be happier with the final product, the customer service and for the money. a real value. We highly recommend Brighton Cabinets.

If you’re looking for quality look elsewhere. They will send you low quality product just to meet shipping deadlines. Cheap, low quality materials are assembled to make cabinets and priced outrageously. The front office is also very unhelpful and seems they get annoyed with customers.

This is my third kitchen remodeling in my lifetime. In the past I have used Kraftmaid. My Brighton kitchen far surpasses the quality I received from Kraftmaid. It just has a different feel. A feel of quality. I love coming down to my kitchen in the morning. I will be remodeling my bathroom next and you better believe I will be putting Brighton in there as well. Thank You Brighton Cabinetry and thank you to my Kitchen Designer Jeff at Kitchens of Distinction for suggesting Brighton.

I like my cabinets, however their customer service is terrible. I can't get in touch with my supplier who I bought the cabinets from ( T and M kitchens in kinnelon NJ ) and when I called Brighton directly I spoke with the Vice President of the company - Tony. Tony was of NO HELP AND TOLD ME HE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE 2 KITCHENS I PURCHASED. I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH 3 MY CABINETS THAT ARE NEW AND NO ONE WILL HELP!!!! '
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND T AND M kitchens in kinnelon, NJ or Brighton Cabinetry.
