Timing is everything. It's a wonderful option for a place to stay in Westcliffe, and their communication through text and email is superb. They have a great system for contactless check-in. In theory, you can make requests through that system, and it might work well (as others have said). All I can say is my when I did reply to them (NOT asking for anything, mind you) they did not respond. But maybe they were trying to not bother me. I could justify a 1 star rating because the room was absolutely freezing. The baseboard heater advertised to do a wonderful job didn't have a prayer against -11 degrees. The supplied space heater wasn't much help - I did okay by putting the space heater in the bathroom with the door closed, and that made the bathroom tolerable, but not what I would describe as 'warm'. Like I said, timing is everything - I picked a frigid night to stay and the room (#4) must not have much insulation. I gave a 3-star rating because the concept is wonderful, and the room would be quite nice in better weather.

Such a cozy, comfy, cute spot in an awesome location! We were in the area for 1 night and when we arrived there was a mixup with our room, but we were immediately moved to another with no problem. I really appreciate the wonderful staff being so accommodating. Contactless check in and check out is super convenient. Also the courtyard is beautiful, will definitely be back!

Our stay at this establishment was exceptional. The contactless process for booking, check-in, requesting things, and check-out are much appreciated and made the stay so easy. The room was an older room, but we enjoyed the quaintness of it and it met all of our needs. We are from Colorado, so the no a/c was not an issue for us and our room stayed plenty cool having windows open. We will definitely return.

Loved our stay at the Courtyard Country Inn. The courtyard is beautiful and very peaceful, I enjoyed dinner with my family as well as alone time painting or reading. The courtyard is very accessible to the rest of town. The views are breathtaking, and the inn itself is very nice. The rooms are super clean and you can see a lot of attention has gone in to collaborating with local vendors and businesses. The market had some great products and was perfect for grabbing last-minute late night snacks. Very friendly and accommodating, and I can’t wait to visit again and see more of the renovations - which look like they are turning out great! Our family will definitely be back!

What a great, comfortable and relaxing Inn. The room and bath were very clean and nicely updated. The garden courtyard is such a relaxing area with all the flowers and water feature. The location is great, easy walks to dinning, shopping, taking in the views as well as star gazing.
We cannot thank the owners enough for their hospitality, and friendliness. We are looking forward to visiting again.

We loved our recent stay at Courtyard Country Inn! Vanessa is kind & welcoming and the courtyard is beautiful!
Room 3 was so nice and comfortable - the room was very clean, the bathroom is updated beautifully, and the bed was so comfy!
This is the sweetest place to stay in Westcliffe and the location is perfect.

We stayed here for three nights, and it was perfect. We spent a lot of time hanging out in the courtyard because it was so cute and nice out there. The location is also great - easy to walk to anywhere you want to go on Main Street. Would definitely stay here again if we go back to Westcliffe someday!

Quiet, quaint, and comfortable. We just stayed a week in Westcliffe, and the location was perfect. Safe and secure! The courtyard provided a wonderful morning workplace for coffee! The owners are on site and responsive, and the new market was great for after-hours snacks! There were even free cake samples from a local baker one evening! Highly recommend and cannot wait to return!
