I see all the horrible reviews and I have to say that that was not my experience. I was ready for the poor treatment because unfortunately I was 4 hours late. Buzzed the door bell to the left of the door between docks. And a nice man came and got me and walked me to the office. Next a nice lady checked me in and said it was going to be a while but dock, disconnect and park along the fence. I didn’t even finish one episode and my trailer was empty. You can park by the train tracks but lots of trains blow their horn at the gate. So I suggest parking under the bridge. Plenty of space for trucks. If you park right three or 4 can park there. Loves is 5 miles down the road. They were kind. They were faster than I had anticipated. And they walked the bills out to me.

Got there an hour early on a Thursday to deliver, go to go inside and the door is locked. The top number with the extension works but the extension doesn't. The bottom number doesn't work, there is a buzzer that works but no one answered. The lady doesn't tell you that once you're loaded they will come out and get you. You think with so many drivers asking she would start saying that. I was there around 90 mins

Not truck driver friendly. Limited restroom access. The lady in shipping was not at all polite. She acted as though I threw her whole day off By showing up 1 hour before my appointment.
It is a good practice to show up an hour before your appointment. So as to not be one minute late. It's also considered a courtesy
