The Byrne folks are good, straightforward people. I have hauled dozens of machines for them, including deliveries to customers. I have spent a lot of time at their yard and have dealt with several of their customers. I have only seen them do right by all the people they work with, whether truck driver, customer, vendor, whoever. Everyone I deal with on behalf of Byrne speaks highly of their interaction with them.

When you work alongside companies you can see how they do business, these folks do it with integrity. I have only observed them treating people honestly and fairly.

TERRIBLE, UNETHICAL DEALER!!!! John Byrne TOTALLY MISREPRESENTED THE CONDITION of a vacuum truck truck I bought from them, John told me that the truck had been gone through and tested, and everything was in excellent working condition, when the truck was delivered it was obvious that it was gone through because it was not in operating condition, the pictures sent to me were not representative of the condition. I tried calling and emailing them and they will not return calls, I would not recommend them to anyone. Byrne Equipment Sales ripped me off! I only clicked on one star on the review because you have to click at least one star to post a review, if I could have given them NO stars I would have!

Same bad experience on a water truck. Completely misrepresented it, lied to me and told me it was from a local contractor. As I broke down on the side of the road, I noticed residue from Ritchie bros stickers. Looked in auction results and what do you know. He made 20k and that was the end of that. I wouldn't buy a thing from this snake sight unseen.
