This is not the most fanciest but it is clean. The rooms might have some small imperfections and is a little older but it is a very nice place for the price. I have never found hair anywhere or anything gross. Beds are comfy. And the breakfast is pretty good.

We stayed here on our travels to Utahans were very glad that we did. We had an ADA room with 2 queen sized beds. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom was excellent. It was spacious with roll in shower. There was a bench and lots of grab bars. The shampoo dispenser etc was on the wall. We paid around $90 and the Holiday Express wanted $235. We would definitely stay here again.

I just want to say . We used to stay at this hotel all the time and loved it ,but over the last 4 years this place has the worst customer service especially Nancy . She has been so rude to my family and friends and I will no longer be recommending this hotel to anyone. We will take our business to a more respectful place. Good luck to anyone that has to deal with Nancy. I am a Wyndham member and very disappointed in the service at this Baymont.

Location: If you are traveling with your dog, you can quickly get to Denny Lake park and dog park---both are excellent. Regarding my stay, there was a very slow leak in the ceiling above the bed which I did not notice until a drop falling on my head woke me up in the middle of the night. Gross. I moved to the other side of the bed. In the morning I could see that it was not new. When I told staff about the issue in the morning, I got an "okay, thanks".

We had a great stay. Our room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the a/c was quiet and worked fine. Check in and out was very smooth. There was a very large hot and cold breakfast with just about every item that anyone could want. My only complaint is that I could not find water to drink and neither attendant spoke English. Seriously, how can you have someone taking care of guests that speaks no English. On my own, I eventually found a nice water cooler by the side exit door. The only other concern was the pool in the atrium which can get quite loud at night. Plenty of well lit parking and we would definitely stay here again.

I love this place me. My family came over here. Got the indoor pool rooms are spaces very nice and neat, Clean. And the breakfast is awesome. This is our second time here .love it

Very nice indoor area and pool. Unusually great breakfast.
Things that would have made this 5 STARS: if I could turn on just the shower without the bath water still running and filling the tub(room 323). If our sheets didn’t have a rip in them and were tucked in under the mattresses instead of lazily and unevenly thrown onto the bed. Otherwise this is a very nice hotel, very stylish. Clean. Safe.

When we got there, a woman who as just starting and still in training was already frustrated. She was trying to assist the person in front of us, while her trainer was too busy stuffing food in his face with a town regular!! He finally put his food down when he saw that there were 2 other groups of people waiting to check in at 8:45 pm!!||When we finally got to our room, I went to make me a cup of tea, which by the way no tea bags are in the room at all, just 2 coffee bags!! I had to go back downstairs to get some of the tea by the front desk! That finally done, when I went to use the small coffeepot to warm the water, all I could smell was coffee! The maids had forgotten to clean out the coffeepot and a used coffee bag was in there! Also, the maid service did NOT check to make sure that the packages with sugar and what not we're not opened! It was a rocky start to our stay! || Our room faced the pool atrium that would get quite loud in the evenings, with it sometimes going past the curfew or even before the pool was opened! Sorry, don't like being woke up at 7am with kids screaming and yelling while playing in the pool! ||We were told that due to the length of our stay, we wouldn't receive any maid services unless we notify them the night before! Guess what!! The maids did enter our room during our stay to supposedly remove the used towels/washcloths that they didn't replace with clean. Just took out the used ones and emptied our trash can. We didn't expect them to come in at all during our stay, so imagine our surprise when we got back to our room after afternoon's event!||The jet tub in our room has some jets that need to be looked at, they either didn't work or wouldn't not move at all. It took longer to fill the tub than it worth to try and enjoy the jets. My water kept getting cold even without the jets running, that I finally gave up after 25 minutes of trying to enjoy a hot bath.
