I bought an Osprey Pico baby carrier for our vacation and we don't get to use it because the parts department ignored customer service for 72 business hours plus a weekend (so almost a calendar week).

Mary Jane from customer service, tried, but the parts department is awful. So our brand new and expensive child carrier stays home while we figure out another solution for our young child. If you're a parent, I'm sure you understand how frustrating this is.

Long story short, if you need anything from the Osprey, don't expect it for 5-7 weeks. We will not be buying Osprey again. Other competitors have far superior customer service.

I have been Mountainbiking about 1000 miles per year with my Osprey Raptor backpack. It is the best hydration pack I have ever had (starting with the Camelbak "sock"), but obviously it has seen a lot of wear. When a seam tore and the main zipper broke, a friend told me about their "Almighty Guarantee". After mailing in my pack, they deemed it not repairable and I now received a brand new pack from them at no cost. A rare company that truly stands behind their products.
This is amazing customer service and I am very grateful! Feels just like Christmas, and I'll be on the bike today! 😇

I have been using a Syncro 12 for my bike rides for 4 years. I have ridden almost 15,000 miles with it. Excellent backpack, well made, light thanks to the materials used which avoid contact with the back. I recently purchased a Siskin 8 from which I expect the same quality

Even in the midst of pandemic and supply-chain shortage recovery issues that are far from fixed, Osprey managed to take care of my damaged backpack in reasonable time (less than their estimate). After determining that it cannot be repaired, they have sent me a new one. All my customer service interactions (first with Ashley but mostly with Carrie) throughout this experience have been wonderful!!

Osprey is one of the best companies out there. They are 100% true to their word regarding the all mighty guarantee. It is because of this warranty & their customer service that I will continue to recommend and purchase their gear. We had a repair that needed to be addressed during the pandemic and supply chain issues. Osprey delivered once again. Thank you Ashleigh Wilson, Carrie Hrvatin and all of the Osprey team.

I wanted to take a moment to write a review about this company. They have great equipment; however, I was solicited by them to apply for their Pro Discount only to be denied because I was retired law enforcement and not active. 24 years of service as a 1st responder and I was denied. When I brought that up to Mike Sherman he felt the need to insult my service rather than be respectful. I lost ALL respect for this company. I've been a long time user of their stuff, only to be insulted. Many other companies embrace and respect retired 1st responders for their service but not Osprey.

Awesome Pack! I always knew these guys made high quality, comfortable stuff, but until recently didn't know how fantastic the customer service was. I had a ~10 year old pack that was starting to show age with the zipper, returned it under their All Mighty Guarantee, and they sent me a brand new pack to replace it! Not bad at all and love the fact that the company stands behind their products 200%. Chris Osborne in the returns department kept me up to speed on the whole return process so I knew how everything was going. I don't know why anyone would buy any other pack than an Osprey!

Fantastic bags! I have used mine nearly everyday for 5.5 years in rugged terrain. The stitching came loose so I sent it in for warranty and they gave me a new bag! Excellent service and exceptional product.
