I have purchased this Bluebird flour and am very disappointed in it's quality. It is too refined and I don't understand that there could be any nutrition value contained in it. If it was unbleached perhaps it would be a tad better. I really like the bluebird sack that it comes in, but that is the only thing that I like about this flour. It doesn't work for my baking, but it will be great for making craft glue.
