Excellent service, very knowledgeable, and very competitive prices. I had put together an Amazon order for hydroponic supplies to get started doing this as a hobby. I had some questions that couldn’t be answered by Amazon. I googled hydronic suppliers near me and it turns out that Grow It Big was 3 miles from my house. I stopped in the store to get answers to my questions. I met Josh, the owner, who introduced me to Derek his employee. Between them they answered every question I had and gave me some very helpful suggestions. By the time I left the store I had spent $140.00 which was cheaper than Amazon’s price. I went home, got started and realized I needed additional items. Back to the store I went and bought more.

I was able to bring home my supplies immediately, saved money vs Amazon and received excellent advice on how to get started in a new hobby.

I now have new friends in the same hobby who are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, I am supporting a locally owned business.

This store is incredible! Their selection is top notch, and their knowledge about all things gardening is encyclopedic!

Since first wandering into this store earlier this season, I have consistently returned, and have always left a satisfied customer.

Needed advice about soils and medium? Received all I could ever ask for. Needed prompt and urgent advice in treating a sudden outburst of mites on our tomatoes? Grow It Big helped me sort it right out.

They have helped us get our fruits and veggies going all out this year with the advised introduction of microbial teas. They have helped us learn how to clone our fruiting plants so we no longer have to spend so much time and effort growing from seed. They have always been willing to listen to concerns and anxieties that I've experienced in relation to my garden, and time and again have empowered me to be a better gardener.

From alleviating concerns and trouble shooting problems to providing the best customer service, Grow It Big on County Line is an excellent addition to the community, and will continue to have my business!

Went to buy some soil as they used to sell a decent selection only to find they stopped selling anything I would know and only carry generic soil that you have to modify for it to be useful. To top it off the kid at the counter was staring at his phone the whole time and never gave any useful information on their new generic soil. He seemed bothered that someone would even walk in. Well don't worry, never again. Plenty of other shops I can go to...

Serge, Cheyne, and Nick have helped me so many times and I have never been let down. They have great prices and even match prices from around town if you bring in a receipt. Plus they are the only grow store near the south side of town. They have so many different options and even if what you need is not in stock they can get it within a few days. You will regret not stopping by

This used to be my go to grow store one of the only ones in on the South side in the neighborhood. Now it seems they just cater to the big operations these days and forgot about the little guy. They are always closed when I stop by and now I've taken my business elsewhere.

This is a hydro shop you can count on. Nick and serge provide great customer service at competitive prices. They have helped me many times with all sorts of questions across the spectrum. They are very knowledgeable and don't mind taking the time to help you. The is location is easy to get to and there is always parking.

I’m a house plant hobbyist and Grow it big is my go-to for anything plant related. The “build a soil” has been great for my houseplants and I love that it’s organic and locally sourced! The employees are kind and helpful and don’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need.
