Nice dinner and the food was very good. Prices are quite high, but I understand, especially being up in the mountains. Service was good and they surprised us with a birthday treat which was beyond appreciated. Also dessert is a must. Definitely recommend making a reservation and coming here for a nice occasion.

Partner & I had lunch before soaking & we had a nice meal with a beautiful view. He got the carve asada sandwich & I got the chicken & Brie, which was SO good & had an interesting blend of flavors. I liked the sweet potato fries but the regular fries are top notch so I’ll prob go back to ordering those next time. Beautiful view of the snow covered peaks nearby.

After Christmas dinner. The Rib Eye and Prime Rib were very flavorful! Home made bread and soup were amazing. Carmel Cheesecake to finish it all off!

We walked into the restaurant after a relaxing evening at the hot springs expecting just a quick bite, but we found instead a menu of classic and innovative dishes thoughtfully executed - with world class service from Kyle! An amazing bookend to our CO trip. Highlights include the beet salad, the coconut ghost pepper sorbet, the cherry chocolate torte, and the most perfectly crafted sazerac you could hope for.

The salmon is one of the best I've ever tasted. Perfect crust and seasoning. And the rice that it's paired with is also flavorful. Kimchi doesn't have the signature sharp taste so that's one place where they could improve.

We also ordered ravioli with grilled chicken. It had an amazing spicy kick to it and was delicious overall.

The chocolate cake tasted fine but the mousse part was too hard. It felt as if it was just put from the freezer onto the plate. It was also way too cold. Just not like a mousse at all.

Fidora prosecco was pretty good.

We were seated at the bar since you need to have reservations for dinner. The bartender was very friendly and helpful but he forgot to give us cutlery lol. Pretty embarrassing when the price is so high but I'll let it slide as the entrées deserve a 5 star rating.

This place offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We ate here while staying at Mt Princeton. Every time we had great service and great food. Dinner is on the expensive side but delicious. I'd staying here, you can charge to your room. Credit cards do get charged an additional 3.99%.

Not sure what all the mixed reviews are here for. Maybe management recently changed? The food is excellent, though! My partner and I had the bison and the elk steaks for dinner plus the caramel apple cheesecake and several different breakfast options and they were all sincerely awesome. Highly recommend if you’re already at the hot springs!!

I wish I could give a review on how good the food was, but we weren't even served water. When we arrived at the podium to be seated, none of the three people hovering around it acknowledged us. It took a few more minutes before the same host standing there did decide to seat us. We were excitedly looking over the menu and everything sounded unique and delicious. 20 minutes went by, and we noticed that every table at least had a pitcher of water. No one ever came up to our table and reservations are required here. When we complained about the lack of service, we were told that the host didn't speak good English, but we saw him answer the phone and he spoke clear english. There was only one kind waitress there that offered to take our table, but we were already over this place and left. Everywhere was closed by this point, and we ended up missing dinner that night. I'd rather go hungry for a night than pay an exorbitant amount of money to a place that doesn't value is customers.
