I really would have liked to try this pasta. I saw the stand at the farmer's market this past Sunday and was trying to decide which I wanted to get. I wanted to buy 3 or 4 1/2 pound bags, and said this to my roommate. The man tending the stand said something along the lines of " well you're not gonna get any 1/2 pound bags, there's a line and people are walking away". Mind you we had been looking there for a minute or two, definitely not hogging any space, and the other people near the stand were just browsing. My friend was ready to purchase and did so as I walked away feeling defeated. I'm sure the pasta is incredible, but unfortunately I can only speak to the incredibly rude staff. It's a shame, I really wanted to try it.

Super product! We Love this company. Dried pastas are super flavor-full! Filled bison short rib ravs are to die for. This is my favorite go-to company for gifting family and friends.

I've bought their more traditional pasta before and loved it. Decided to try the lobster ravioli but am absolutely appalled by the ingredients list. Second ingredient is imitation lobster and has shrimp as a filler. Other ingredients are creepy such as food coloring and ones you can't pronounce. $13 for 11.5 oz. Not the quality I was expecting.

This pasta was amazing! We met Puck at our local Whole Foods downtown and talked about his business. He did a great job explaining all the options. We ended up with the cracked pepper fettuccine and a tri-colored gemelli, both are delicious!

My absolute favorite pasta that I miss purchasing at my local farmers market in Fort Collins. I've sent some back home to friends and family on the east coast and they're huge fans now too. Great product, great service!

Absolutely to die for. I was lucky enough to pick up lemon garlic shells and lemon Alfredo for dinner. It was epic and a must have next week at the Evergreen Farmers market!!!
