I cannot say enough great things about this establishment. If you’re driving through the area this should be considered a must stop for a great burger and a kind and inviting smile. The burgers are HUGE and full of flavor. So if you leave hungry that’s on you! I also recommend getting the cherry limeade while it’s here. It pairs perfectly with the rich burger and tots. But as I stated above the customer service goes above and beyond. They make you feel like family doing their best to make sure an out of town person knows what websites they need to watch to keep up on road closures and when you might want to book a room. So needless to say if I could pick this place up and move it closer to home in Ky I would!

I stopped by because it was the only thing that was nearby. I'm glad I did! The service was absolutely amazing. The woman who took my order was very sweet and kind. I ordered myself a cheese burger and tenders. I loved the cheese burger. It tastes homemade, and the best part is that the buns are toasted. The environment is clean and neat. I love the atmosphere, it's a cute little restaurant! I would very much come back when I can 🙂

Best burgers between Topeka and Denver!! I run this stretch of I-70 every day. There ain't a single noteworthy burger joint for 300 miles in either direction. If you haven't made the trip to Handi's, you're doing yourself a major disservice.

Stopped here with family on way to vacation in CO Springs. Service was quick, the ladies working were super friendly. Place was very clean. I got a cheeseburger and my sister got a spicy chicken sandwich and they were both DELICIOUS. Would highly recommend this place over and over again.

Love these diner stops during road trips. The burgers were stacked. Did the job for both of us. The coffee shake was 95% vanilla though :(.

This place is absolutely a gem! I wish I lived closer to it but now it WILL be a must whenever coming through Stratton, CO.
Owners were/are amazing!! Staff is fantastic and the double bacon cheeseburger is one of the best small town diner burgers I've ever had. 3 in 3 days

This is one of those small-town gems you treasure when finding. The cheeseburger I had was outstanding. One of the best I have had in years. Finished off with some bread pudding and it was a meal worth the detour.

My family and I stopped by here on our way to CO Springs for lunch and it was amazing! The staff, burgers, chicken sandwiches, and tots were excellent. We were well taken care of and left very satisfied. We will be stopping by again on our way back!
