What a wonderful community-filled restaurant. They were super busy and a local couple asked if we would mind sitting with them. We were so impressed not just by the wonderful hospitality of this community but even the owners of the restaurant. We felt so invited.

The food was really good with fair prices and fair portions too.

Went there for supper had a cheeseburger that was about the same size as you can have at home. I was offered homemade strawberry cheesecake which I've had better. The cheesecake was soft not hard like cheesecake should be. The host was very friendly. Plus if you would like to find there, you need to go early or you might not get a table since the restaurant is small.

GO! Why eat fast food garbage when you can buy local and enjoy good food and exceptional service? This will be added to our favorite places to stop when passing through the area. The New York hot dog was delicious and the chicken pot pie biscuits were satisfying with perfect taste and texture. Homemade ranch was also good!

Delicious, home cooked meal in a very friendly atmosphere. The waiter gave great recommendations on our order and the owner chatted with customers in the restaurant. They also sell some of their home made spices and soup mixes there as well. We will definitely be back!!

The only bad thing I can say about this place is that they needed to make the dining room bigger so they can accommodate all of the patrons that want to eat here! We had the chicken fried steak special and Cruzan for a Bruisin drink and both were delicious!! You can't get truly homemade food like this anymore so it's a real treat! Our waiter was so friendly and attentive even though he was running his legs off! We will definitely eat here again!

Great place run by great people! Family owned. I went with the Sloppy Joe Grilled Cheese Sandwich and added bacon. Crazy good. Chips and dip instead of fries. World's Largest Easel nearby. Museum in town. Worth the stop. Tell em Seattle said, "Hi!"

I went here on vacation with my family for breakfast and I was a lot better than I expected. Nine times out of ten small town restaurants are run and not all that great. This restaurant stood out from those with it's amazing staff and excellent food. If I'm ever headed through Kansas again I will go out of my way to stop here again.

Food was good. Had a very home cooked feel to it. Our waiter was very good at his job. Gave good suggestions and was playful but professional with our group of 8.
