Best brewery in the Denver area hands down, and the IPA / hazy selection is always superb.

Competitive for indoor / outdoors seating during a spring or summer weekend afternoon, but the tables turn fast. They have the best beer glasses to drink out of as well! Lastly, the food truck rotation is pretty decent. This is our favorite place to go to for a good pint or two.

The beer here is good and I really like the house IPA. However when we were there last Saturday the rap music was so loud I felt like I was in a club. We asked the bartender to turn it down so we didn’t have to yell and it never got lower. Multiple families left as it was too loud for their kids. Not my kinda vibe for a 6:00 NFL game night at a brewery.

Love this place. It’s our first place on a Denver brewery crawl, and I honestly can’t see another brewery living up to this. Friendly staff, open space, outstanding beer. Maybe we’ll skip the other breweries and just hang out here…

I had to delete my original review and create a new one because my old one does not come close to describing the love i have for this brewery and the amazing people that work there.

My wife and I had our first date here 4.5 years ago. Since then we have been pretty frequent. The beers are always solid, food trucks are good, and the atmosphere is welcoming and fun. That’s 5/5 stars right there.

Cerebral was also my dog’s FAVORITE spot in the world. She NEVER pulled on her leash unless it was because we were walking by and she wanted to go in. During her last few years she was pretty lazy, except when we asked her “Do you want to get a beer?!” She would literally squeal in excitement every time, even her last day on this earth.

Cassie developed terminal bladder cancer and i reached out a few weeks prior to see if i could reserve some spots for a going away party for her, after all, I am positive there was no other place she rather be on her last day. Cerebral was extremely accommodating and thoughtful. I cannot express how much it means to me. I will forever support you all and buy beers when I don’t need to be drinking, buy t-shirts when I already own 3, and rip up any damn petition someone tries to get me to sign to take away your patio.

Cerebral has set the bar so high, that it’s not even fair to put any other brewery in their league.

Some of the greatest beers I've had have come from Cerebral Brewing. From stouts, to sours to IPAs, they always deliver fantastic quality brews and offer amazing special selection bombers to take home. Twice visited from San Antonio while in Denver. I don't think I'll ever pass up the chance to stop in while visiting. Cheers Cerebral 🍻 🫶🏼

Such a great spot! Tons of space, during all seasons of the year. As a person who is gluten intolerant, I appreciate that they always have at least a couple seltzer options or Holidaily Beer (GF) so I can join my friends.

Great board game selection and Dog friendly (even in winter - they have a patio with and open space, and a tent with heaters).

I’m hoping to go back and check out some of their events like their Tuesday trivia (they list the categories on the website) and the Queer Beer events they seem to have monthly.

One of Denver’s best brewers, fresh beer selection and space for hanging out and enjoying beer! On tap is something for any taste. Probably the best IPA in Denver. Easy to get to. Street parking accessible.
