Dropped off a screen there to get fixed. The gentleman called me to say it was done. I asked him specifically if I could send one of my employees to pick it up for the homeowner and we would pay for it over the phone. He said that was not a problem. I sent an employee out there to pick it up and one other item and store person tells him they can’t take a phone sale. My employee calls me and tells me they can’t take a phone sale. I speak to salesperson and he says he can’t do a cc over the phone. can’t trust a store that lies to you and waste your time and money. My employees hours for driving back-and-forth and for myself for having to go back out there again. I’ll tell the homeowner what a bad experience it was and let them deal with picking up their own items. There’s a reason real contractors go to Home Depot.

The Big Tool Box is a great hardware/nursery/garden store. The selection of garden art is fantastic and there is always someone close by to assist you find anything or answer your questions.
My wife lives walking through the store and finding items that are on sale at great value.

I had an issue with another retailer trying to warranty exchange a set of Channel Lock wire crimpers. I know this hardware store has been here decades, but this was my first time checking it out. The two employees were pleasant to deal with and had no issues helping me exchange the crimpers. I will definitely keep them in mind when in the area! -Derek M.

This place has it all. I first went for sprinkler parts the big box stores didn't carry. I came back for tool rentals. My most recent stop was for lump coal and seasoning for my smoker. Add to that great customer service this place is a find!

I picked up a 5x8 trailer recently for a trip and had a great experience. The staff helped me pick a hitch ball and mount. The process was quick and easy. The gal at the front desk was an expert and knew what she was doing. If Uhal sends you to pick up your trailer here, you will be in good hands.
