Don’t use the air/vac machine. It doesn’t work, but will still charge your card. The station says they know it’s broken but it’s a third party company so they can’t do anything. They don’t have the phone number to the third party company. They refuse to put up an “out of order” sign because it’s “not their problem”.

I have had numerous issues with this gas station and taking cards. It declined two separate cards and said to "see cashier" but then asking the cashier she quite literally said "there is nothing that I can tell you." I don't trust that they didn't charge my cards. To be clear, groceries and coffee across the street were no problem with the exact same card right afterwards. Be wary of this location.

6/21/2023 This janky station is always out of gas. A lot of pumps are out of service, and printers wont print gas receipts!

Poor car wash. Didn't get my windows clean at all and my car was dripping wet when finished. Zero drying cycle. Then when I pulled into the gas stall to try and dry my windows, ALL of the towel dispensers on every stall were completely empty. Probably from everyone else who used their worthless car wash.

By far my #1 gas station in Castle Rock. Been going here for years. You get to know the employees, really kind, super helpful, and they'll remember your main go to. I've found the prices there are usually better than other places in town. Typically quick getting in and out if you're ever in a hurry. Great location too if you're getting on/off the highway or staying in castle rock.

The staff here rock like no other, the staff themselves are the reason I come here every morning. The manager is a dumb dumb though. Right now they are going through a remodel, instead of making sure the contractor move there stuff off to the side, the manager is allowing them to put everything in the customers way. Not only that but it now looks like clutter and that there is not enough room for the stores customers. Contractor employees should be parking in another location not on this site as there is not enough room for the customers and contractors. This store once was my morning go to place. Now and until construction is finished, they will be losing a customer. Unless the manager can figure out how construction on an open building works. Which is, don't let company business effect customer experience. Meaning.... Don't let the fact you are under construction, effect how much business you generate. One other thing... What do you think would make more money a new coffee stand? Or diesel tanks? I would say diesel tanks. The coffee here has been fine, the inconveniences of not being able to find decent coffee and diesel at the same store... That is a different animal, supply and demand says there is a need. Let me find a place that has both, and this location will lose a customer for good. Just food for thought. I really don't like the gas stations up here, there is no uniform standard. Which sucks because you never know what the stores will carry. I spend more time looking for good coffee and diesel than anything else.
