Our favorite after work spot. This place is great, the meads are great the staff is awesome. Can't go wrong. What a gem of a place. They also have really cute CO bee shirts and sweatshirts. I had to buy one of each bc they're so nice. Our dog also loves it here - the floors are cool and keep her happy 😊 The live music here is nice and it's also nice that the volume of the music isn't so loud that you can't hear conversations. Everything about this place is just great. We're looking forward to our next stop in!

Oh and they have food too - you order off the menu (on your phone) and in about 25 mins, you'll have the food at your table. We ordered Philly cheesesteaks and they were great! (They have a list of places who will deliver to the meadery.)

Update: we still love this place. In the winter, they have indoor seating and it's still dog friendly ❤️ Their fall mead menu is just as delicious as their spring/summer menus are. The staff here is consistently awesome and we found out they also sell their honey! It's delicious!!!
* We were also grateful to the owner for talking to the owners of a barking German shepherd, who we asked not to come say hi to our dog (bc of the angry barking), and came over to try to introduce their dog to ours anyway.

This place is amazing!
Cool surroundings with an upper deck.
The staff and the owners are so friendly and attentive and really add to the experience of being there.
And of course..... The mead ... OMG the mead. There are more flavors than you can count and with the ability to get flights you can try them all!
You can also get food by food truck or delivery from several spots nearby.
Lastly they have several hot sauces and honey available for sale.
Totally recommend Honnibrook Craft Meadery!

If you’ve never had Mead before, you need to check out Honnibrook. The Mead is amazing, the flavors are so good, the staff is great and the atmosphere is very welcoming.

What an amazing find while out exploring! This hidden gem, tucked away in a small industrial complex off the I-25 frontage road is not to be missed. They have a friendly vibe, the bartender happily allowed me to try a few different mead samples to find the perfect one to satisfy. I had an amazing chat with the owner and brewmaster discussing the origin and production of mead and where he sources his ingredients.
The Honnibrook offers a tempting selection of food as well, live music on the weekends and an outdoor space in the warmer months.
Their mead is light, crisp and clear, not nearly as heavy a beer is and all natural. The only thing I was missing to truly embrace the experience was a horned helm!
I fully anticipate this becoming a regular hang-out!

Amazing craft Meadery! Hosted a private event here and it was a huge success! The wine here it absolutely delicious! HIGHLY recommend the hot apple pie. Did the flight as well and everything was so good. The staff was AMAZING as well!! I will be returning!

The outside of this building is hiding a GEM! Our first time and they kindly brought us tasters of the base mead which was a great primer. The decor and vibe are great and the staff were so knowledgeable and helpful. Delicious and a great time!
