The waitress/hostess was sweet kind and helpful. The brisket was dry as dust as was the pork ribs. Best green beans anywhere. Grateful I ordered a tea, because it took a mouthful to be able to swallow every single bite of meat. Meat has no seasonings at all, no smoke ring period, just overcooked meat at 100% way to high temperature. How can you 100% dry out pork ribs!?!, and then brisket .. spent an hr on the toilet 50 minutes after leaving. Sauced were not homemade.
Just shockingly pitiful and as the highest GOOGLE reviewer in the country, I would confidently not recommend this place.

I was very disappointed in the food here. We got the 2 choice platter meal. The turkey leg tasted/ looked like deli store meat. The burnt ends were very hard and not flavorful whatsoever. The brisket was mushy/ dry. The French fries were so salty including the deep fried pickles, un- eatable. Including the sweet potato fries, they were so hard it would crumble into pieces(very overcooked). I was not impressed.

I moved to Colorado for work about 3 years ago and found this little amazing BBQ Restaurant. The owner and waitresses made me feel at home. The food was Amazing and if you know me I travel the US and Seek out BBQ joints to eat at. They have brought on a dessert menu that is to die for. The Banana Pudding is just like my Grandma’s when I was a kid. I continue to eat there and every chance I get I tell the Foodies across the US about the food.CANT forget about those Smothered Burritos MMM😋 I highly recommend this kool little spot. Don’t forget to bring the kiddos and have Casey make them a Root beer Float!!!!!

Need to update the prices. Three meat platter was 30 instead of 24. Nachos were 16 instead of 14. Never had potato chip nachos or BBQ egg rolls. Had one egg roll and a few bites of the nachos then tossed them both. Personal taste I guess, some people love them. The meats were disappointing. Was really looking forward to the smoked prime rib. Turned out to be shredded flavorless fatty beef of some type. I've had sliced pork belly at other establishments but nothing like what I had today. It was like thick sliced bacon, mostly unrendered fat which had an odd flavor like it was ready to turn. The burnt ends did have a slight smokey flavor but didn't taste any seasoning at all and was chewy, not tender as it should be. Like unseasoned brisket riddled with unrendered fat cut up into small pieces. Ordered the "smoked" tater tots as a side, didn't smell or taste any smoke. The portions were not in line with what I paid for each meat, ten dollars per. I spent some time in the south serving in the military and the best BBQ I had was on the side of the road off of huge smokers fabricated from old propane tanks mounted on a trailer. Guess my expectations were too high like the amount of money I spent for what I got.

I'm giving them a 3 because their menu says $24 for a 3 meat plate, but we were charged $7 more than that. We paid $31. We also ordered a pint of Mac and cheese for $9, but they only gave us a small side of it. The sauces were ok, nothing to rave about. The food was pretty good, but they admitted they do not make the potato salad. Rather, they buy it in bulk. The mac and cheese was very creamy but loaded with garlic and tasted more like Alfredo sauce. It was good, but not what I was looking forward to for a mac and cheese. If I wanted Italian, maybe I would love it more. The beans were pinto beans with a spicy sauce, but I was expecting more traditional bbq baked beans. The woman who took our to-go- order was nice, but we feel we were overcharged. We were not too happy when they gave us the wrong size order for one of our additional sides. We may give them another try.

Needless to say, I wanted to try a new place with the family. Barbecue sounded good, when the platters were brought out, they were anorexic at best. The food was cold. You could tell right off the bat that it was cooked at day prior and was not fresh. It was extremely dry and the portions were small one piece of chicken, a small scoop of brisket a small scoop of pulled pork and very small ribs. Will not be going back and would not recommend it as he will be highly disappointed.

Food was so so so bland. Unbelievably bland...
Literally no speck of salt or pepper on french fries to be found... Grilled cheese was just buttered bread put on a griddle for 10 seconds. What I will say, is that all of the meat was cooked really well. Just had nooooo seasoning at all.
Pork sandwich was the best thing we had, wouldn't mind that again as flavor mostly came from slaw and sauce. But everything else had no flavor.

Basic tavern atmosphere, but the food was good and the service from the bartender/server was very helpful and attentive. I have a temporary food restriction eating soft food and I wanted BBQ and steak fries. Back again - No food restrictions now, so I thoroughly enjoyed crunchy sweet potato waffle fries and BBQ pork sandwich! Service is excellent 👍
