I really enjoy coming to this place. The atmosphere is great, and the staff is always friendly. But the best part is the beer. They have a great selection of beers that I really enjoy.

This place has my favorite name for a beer… Fer Fek Sake.

While I didn’t order the Fer Fek Sake, I did get the hefeweizen.

Once Emily and I learned that Sammy’s boyfriend was going to pick her up from work, we took that advantage to go back out and visit a few more breweries as we had about 90 minutes to kill.

Westminster Brewing feels more like a bar than a brewing company but that’s not a bad thing. The interior was really nice and clean and the bartender was pleasant and attentive. There was a couple (?) sitting next to us at the bar and they seemed pleasant and nice at first but as the minutes ticked by, they ended up getting a bit weird and the guy got a bit heated about something for a minute or two. I tend to tune out other people’s conversations while in public so I have no idea what was going on besides the girl asking Emily about who had the better beard.

Anyways, we drank our beer and it was just as good as the hefeweizen I had at Upslope Brewing. The hints of bananas and clove were hiding in the background without overpowering the drink as a whole. Emily got something fruity (as she usually does) and it was delicious from the sip I had. She usually gets a random fruity drink so it’s hard to remember what she gets exactly.

After our beer, Emily said she was ready to head to the next brewing company… so away we went!

One of the best brewery experiences you could ask for. The owners/brewers are always behind the bar and willing to chat. They know their stuff, and their beer is incredible. Dog friendly, indoors and out. Their flagships are on par with world beer cup medal winners, and they get creative with the weekly small batch releases. The Morning Dew coffee stout is my favorite, but you just can't go wrong. Having Charcie's sandwiches and charcuterie in house is a huge plus.

Had a great 1st time experience!! Friendly staff, good beer and we ended up getting the last pizza! We had both our small children with us and had our pizza delivered by LUIGI 😁 so fun for the kids. Before leaving MARIO gave our boy an ice cream sandwich. Great place for family and dog friendly. We definitely will be back.

Original review: nice bartender but none of the 5 beers I sampled resonated with me. very bland tasting room decor. But it is Westminster. New follow-up based on the very prompt, but whiney response from the owner that they deserve a higher rating: I clearly said that the beers didn't resonate with me. That is a highly subjective thing. I'm sure others may like them more. I've been to more than 80 Colorado breweries and I'm very comfortable with 3 stars. But I'll also give the owner a virtual participation ribbon.

Edit: Stopped by for some drinks this time, and spent a few hours working on my laptop. I like the relaxing vibes a lot, the drinks were good, and the charcuterie was fun as well! It would have been cool if I went on a build-your-own board day, but nevertheless the slab was a good size for 2 people and a good price. Not an issue, but I will note that they only had ritz crackers, so if you wanted to mix it up I'm sure you could bring in some of your own haha. Also must say that the $6-$7 drafts are a solid price!

Note that I didn't actually try any of the beer, just stopped in for some of the food.
BUT I felt very inclined to write a review regardless, because the food was delicious. It was great timing that we went in for the BOGO sandwich night, so we got the pulled pork and the Italian. The pulled pork was good, but I personally found the Italian to be amazing. The sandwiches were very large and delicious at a great value ($10).
They also offered charcuterie boards, which from the pictures look really good. I don't have much insight on the sizes or pricing, but I did get a picture of the menu for what seems like a build-your-own board.
The chef was great and I hope more people find this gem.

I've gone here 3 times in the last 3 weeks and have thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The building has lots of space, it's dog friendly, and the bartender has been great. My favorite brews so far are the Veruca Sour and the Jam Session. Will definitely be back to check out trivia this month.

Look, I love a good beer as much as the next gal. But, it is so hard to pick when everything is delicious. The only complaint is that ALL the beers were great, so it was hard to choose, just one.
Adam and Nathan were helpful in suggesting beers they thought I would enjoy. The Galactic hazy and Veruca sour were my faves.
A dog friendly, super chill atmosphere local spot. A worthwhile stop. I would highly recommend checking them out. There's a dog rescue every month. Take a pup who needs rescued home with you, the
The next one is 4/28/24. Awesome place. Congrats on five years. Thanks, guys!
