Nice cozy bar area with low lighting and a relaxing atmosphere. A much larger room in the back had higher ceilings and more seating with views of their brewing vats. Visited here a couple of times while staying in the area and enjoyed both times. Service was friendly and the beer selection had something for everyone.

Great local craft brews. Family owned and friendly spot. Cozy tasting room and bar with nice music for good conversation, outdoor patio with gorgeous flowers, and back room with screens for game day.
Whiskey distillery next door too with great local made whiskey drinks. This place has it all. My favorite area brewery!

I have been coming here for years and finally decided to write my first yelp review ever for any place. I go to different colorado breweries weekly; some may say I'm a beer connoisseur. Ever since the beginning, this has been my favorite brewery! They have THE best beer (I've been to most all in the metro area too), to die for food!! And an ambiance that will make you think you're in a wine bar (they have other alcohol/beverages than beer). The wait staff is extremely caring!! They're busy and doing a FANTASTIC job!! Seriously!!! THE best beer!! THE best food!! And THE best people!!! What inspired me to write this review... I haven't been here in nearly a year because of life and the owner Todd recognized me as soon as I walked in and picked up where we left off on conversation!! And this place is insanely busy every time I've ever been here!

What a great brewery. The beers, the food, the service, the atmosphere. We loved it.
Favorite beer was the van oak and butter beer- both so delicious. We ordered the Squirrel package to eat- it was 5 large balls of house made bread stuff with different ingredients. So tasty.

My business uses Satire once a month for a networking group and time and time again they deliver on a space with fantastic food, beer, and service! From Todd to Amy to the rest of the great staff they are always fantastic. We had a chance last night to use the Moose room for an event and the space was great, the food and drinks were delicious as always! The reason I continue to bring people in time and time again is the outstanding service and accommodations each and every time! Make sure you give them a shot if you’re in the Thornton area looking for a place. Don’t forget to support local!!

I've been coming to Satire for over 2 years now and this honestly is my favorite Brewery. If you want amazing service, great food & some amazing F*#king Beer, come here. You feel welcomed and at home. Every employee there is super friendly and have their own unique personality. Thank you guys for being my emotional support sometimes!!! ❤️
