Best customer service anywhere! I ordered a mug and it was broken on arrival. I called and they shipped a new one immediately! I just got the replacement today and am so glad!! They have great loose leaf tea as well!

I can't say enough good about The Tea Spot. I order a lot of tea online. They have a huge selection of teas and tea-related products. The teas are excellent and priced very reasonably for such high quality. Shipping is fast and inexpensive. They have promo specials through email (including 20-30% discounts sometimes, so definitely worth signing up for). I drink A LOT of tea and I've discovered several new favorites, including some teas I would have dismissed as "weird" but gave them a try and I'm glad I did (you can order samples of all their teas). In summary: best tea ever.

I LOVE the Tea Spot!! Great teas, fantastic people, and outstanding customer service! I've tried a variety of teas, some of which I didn't fancy too much, and others that were outstanding!!! It's all about personal preference, which is why I love, that the Tea Spot provides samples, so that you can "test the waters", so to speak. I am in love with their Bolder Breakfast black tea, a tea I almost over looked, I'm so happy I tried it, because it was love at first sip YUM!! Give their tea a try, you will be glad you did!! Happy Sipping!!

The Tea Spot has some good tea. However, their loyalty program is inconsistent. The points I've finally earned can no longer be used for the mountain tumbler I was saving for. It's no longer an option on the program. 😕
I called to question the changes to the program and spoke with Angie. When I questioned these changes, she became defensive, loud and spoke over me. Because of this disrespect, I will no longer be a teaspot customer. Loyalty is everything in a program and in a customer - you just lost mine.

So happy I found this place!

Wonderful selection, great quality, and very reasonable prices. Planning ahead has gotten me free shipping and free gifts each time I've ordered. I've dealt, and still deal, with more than a couple companies in pursuit of my leaf addiction, but this one stands atop the list. Their Mango Tango is a particularly fine indulgence if you are oriented towards black teas like I am and my son has a very strong positive attraction to the Meditative Mind blend. The only negative experience I have had was nothing to do with this fine company, but with my finnicky pallet that just won't enjoy any teas with vanilla despite my repeated attempts to convince it otherwise, lol.

Do yourself a favor and give these folks a chance!

The Tea Spot is my new favorite source for tea! The Bolder Boulder is the most delicious black tea I've had. It's strong, but not bitter. Between the quality of product, packaging, and great customer service you won't regret trying The Tea Spot. There are so many options! Great job!!!!

I discovered The Tea Spot about 2 years ago. I love tea and thought that buying in bulk would save a few bucks (it actually saves a lot). I have so enjoyed many of their teas now, trying something new, now and then. When I have questions or want to change my subscription order they always answer the phone and pleasantly help me out. Really nice company, products and customer service. How refreshing! ☕️

Thank you so much for your GREAT customer service.

I received an incorrect order for the VERY first time and was charged less for the tea I received than was listed online. I wrote to Customer Service, and received a courteous reply from Jenny. I was shocked to receive my beloved Genmaicha Tea in the mail, a couple of days later. I would have gladly paid for it, as well as the difference in the costs between the two teas. But, you can guess the rest: Jenny just handled it all with grace, and courtesy. Companies can take a lesson from The Tea Spots' great customer service.

AND the tea is GREAT.

I love so much about the Tea Spot. And now, I love it more. You were so helpful, and responsive. Everything you did was absolutely GREAT.
