Mountain pass Panini for the win this Sunday!! I had the grown-up grilled cheese that has mushrooms goat cheese spinach and all sorts of deliciousness with a side of their phenomenal green chili if you haven’t been to mountain pass can you get there ASAP !

The food was EXCELLENT and we enjoyed the friendly service. We ordered the Philly, Western Gyro, and a side of Green Chili. Everything was filled with top notch ingredients, full of flavor, the Pita was fresh and soft. You won't find this quality in most restaurants. Can't wait to go back! Well done Mountain Pass Panini!!!

Amazing food! Had the Gyro and Pork green chili. The taziki sauce had a great hint of citrus and the green chili was actually chili, not a stew like many other places. Chunks of pork, not overly salty, good texture. Great food truck, I hope they stick around for a long time to come

Favorite place to get smoked meat and Mac and cheese! Pork belly bites and pulled pork are definitely 5 star (10 star if I’d be able) Will definitely go back!👍 great atmosphere. Friendly folks.

Mountain Pass Panini is the best food place to eat in Canon City. I reside in Canon City and frustrated with the lack of good service and food Canon City cannot offer. What a breath of fresh air when this food truck is in town! Jeff and Sarah are wonderful people and go above and beyond to make you happy! And the food! The food is beyond expectation, do yourself a service and eat at Mountain Pass Panini! P.s the Breakfast burrito will know your socks off and the paninis are the best I've ever had! Keep up the great work you two!

Mountain Pass Panini’s completely blew my mind today. My husband and I had The Crestone Pineapple which was possibly the best panini either of us have ever had, it was smoky and sweet and had the perfect amount of heat. The Humboldt Gyro was exactly what you want from a gyro, the lamb was flavorful the tomatoes were fresh and tzatziki was to die for not to mention the huge chunks of feta. Get the potato salad, you won’t be disappointed, it was fresh and flavorful like the sandwiches! Can’t forget to mention the amazing and sweet service, couldn’t be run by nicer folks. Can’t wait to find them again around Southern CO, if I could give 10 stars I would <3

Amazing food! They were at paradox and between the 4 of us we tried most of their menu... everything was spot on and incredible. Highly recommend if you are lucky enough to come across them!
