I purchased a 1/2 steer and it has been nothing short of fantastic especially with the high cost of meat. I've made beef ribs with a wine reduction sauce, sous vide chuck roast french dip, meat balls, smoked brisket, grilled steaks, fajitas, and the ground beef is so good. Friend and family have noticed the difference from store bought meat. I can't recommend Kiana Creek enough!

The family is very professional and generous. They went out of their way to assist and help my daughter who is in 4H with animals during the fair. We purchased the Sedalia pack. Just had the New York strips last night. They were amazing. The flavor was incredible. We seasoned with Himalayan pink salt and pepper only. They were truly delicious. Tonight, for supper we had beef cheddar jalapeño brats. They were equally delicious!
