I have a 2023 CaseIH 75A. The air conditioning stopped working and the front end loaders bucket would "tip". The tractor has a two year warranty so I thought some of this work would be covered. The Central Plains mechanic changed the fluids and filters as I requested. He "tweaked" the A/C and pronounced it fixed (it wasn't) and said the bucket wasn't "tipping." I was Charged $2669.25. I know there has to be a trip charge but was shocked at the invoice. That's a lot to pay for getting a fluid change. I hired a local mechanic to fix the A/C which he did in about 1/2 hours time. The bucket still "tips".

They had a part for our Shelbourne header we needed for harvest. I called Friday afternoon at 5:00 thinking there was no way we were going to be able to cut wheat this weekend. Not only did they have the part in stock, but Kinze from the parts department delivered it 4 hours away the next morning. Thank you for the wonderful service!
