We ate at happy hour and then did a founders private tasting experience. Highly recommend both!! 2-3pm they have great deals for food! And Sam provided an absolutely amazing experience during our private founders tasting!

Went to enjoy some Broncos vodka and ended up having some delicious happy hour food.

Got there right at opening-2pm- and had reservations so seated immediately. Server efficient.

Cool decor. Big open space with high ceilings, open kitchen, 2 bar areas, shopping area, tasting area.

We had tots and ribs for snack food. The tots were AMAZING. Ribs had good flavor but were dry. I had a pomegranate NA drink, bf had a pear vodka drink. Both good.

Bill was $45. Not bad in this day and age.

I had a lot of people recommend this place and now I see why! We came for happy hour (2-5pm I believe), and they had some decent deals. $10 cocktails, a smash burger, 420 tots (loaded with brisket and jalapeños). All the servers and employees were kind and helpful, food came out quick, and we had a nice time. Oh! I had a strawberry fields drink, and they sweeten with monk fruit simple syrup!! So awesome to have a nice drink that I enjoy with no sugar.

Are you looking for a fun dining experience while visiting Breckenridge? Then look no further than the Breckenridge Distillery Restaurant. If you are asking the question, "What makes it so fun?" The simple answer is everything.

When we first arrived, we were welcomed better than our own family welcomes us at times. There is a bar you can sit at, or you can sit at tables or booths. We opted for a table that had a fun little wobble to it. They attempted to fix the wobble, but we loved the wobble as it added a bit of character.

There is a happy hour menu that has some of the favorite dishes at a discounted price and a regular menu with every item (we ordered from both).

From the happy hour menu, we started off with the Obi-Wan and Banana Rum cocktails made from tasty hard liquors, which are all brewed in the house (yes, there is a sci-fi theme throughout). We then ordered the tots, fresh pork skins (which were still popping and crackling when they were served), salad, the smash burger, and the sticky ribs. All the dishes were prepared to perfection.

From the regular menu, we ordered the New York strip. Here is another fun tip, there are several sauces available to choose from. We had a hard time deciding which sauce to order. That is when we were informed of a sauce tray that contained them all... PERFECT!!!

When the sauce tray arrived, each sauce came in its own 3oz gravy boat. The New York Strip was cooked to a perfect medium rare (just like we ordered), sliced in perfect sized strips. This made it easy to sekect a portion of steak with tongs to put on the dinner plate. This made it easy to douse it in the perfection of the sauce of your choice. However, I ate most of my share without the sauce as it was perfectly seasoned without the sauce. To each their own. This entire experience was over the top fun. However, the enjoyment does not stop there.

There are also several spacious areas available for rent for big group social gatherings of 20 or more guests, and there is a gift shop as you walk in and exit the store which sells the house spirits and other novelties.

Therefore, if you are looking for a fun filled dining experience while visiting Breckenridge, the Breckenridge Distillery Restaurant is the place to go. You will not be disappointed.

This place never disappoints, the food and drinks are innovative and of the highest quality. We dined there a year before and the quality is consistently excellent. It's our favorite special occasion restaurant.

Breckenridge Distillery is a must-visit—great whiskey, cool vibes—but Matt made it phenomenal. His sociability turned a tasting into a blast, chatting up staff and sharing laughs like we were all old friends. He raved about the Bourbon’s high-altitude kick and got us hooked on a distillery-only gem. Matt’s the secret sauce that made this 5-star experience unforgettable!

Spent $590 before tip for a family of 4.

Entrees arrived 615pm.

Restaurant was totally understaffed and completely over promised and under delivered across the board.

I have spent thousands of dollars - $5k-$10k over the last several years on business and for family. All experiences good to exceptional up to this point.

This was entirely unacceptable. Manager offered to comp one round of drinks.

Will never be back and all readers should be warned.

Our experience at Breckenridge Distillery Restaurant was extremely disappointing. We had high expectations but were let down by overpriced food, poor service, and misleading charges.
I ordered the vegetarian curry (potatoes & chickpeas), and my wife ordered the duck curry—both were supposed to be mild but came out extremely spicy. The menu stated that naan and rice were included, yet we were charged extra for both. When we complained, they only refunded one charge but not the other, with the server blaming it on either the “old menu” or “new menu” (which made no sense).
The pricing is outrageous—$40 for a simple vegetable curry and $48 for a duck curry that had barely any duck. To top it off, they added a mandatory 22% service fee, even though the menu states it’s only for split checks with 6+ people. We were a group of 4.
Service was horrible—it was nearly impossible to get water refills, and overall, the staff seemed uninterested in making the experience enjoyable.
To end on a bad note, the Bananas Foster was completely inedible—the banana was hard and overcooked.
For the high prices and automatic service charge, you’d expect far better food and service. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in Breckenridge. Would not recommend.
