Great brewery in NoBo. Came in on a Monday night, was pretty slow and chill. Tried their Czech lager and Collaboration Hefeweizen: both pretty good 👍

Away from the hustle of downtown Boulder is this sweet neighborhood spot to enjoy a relaxed vibe and perhaps the best Japanese lager in the country. Not much ambiance outside (a few tables on the parking lot,) but the inside is welcome and family-friendly.

A pleasant and relaxed tap room with great beers and a friendly local feel. Really enjoyed an excellent pint in their small patio area on a mild summer evening along with several other easy to talk to "neighbors." Just wish this location had the full spectrum of Upslope offerings on tap. To be fair, this room may not have enough traffic to make this practical.

The thief of a server, Shelby, didn't like my tip so she fraudulently increased it on the visa charge probably thinking I wouldn't notice or I would not take the time to contest it. I will. Won't be back. I promise.
