after we moved from brooklyn to boulder we were desperate to find fresh pasta. and now we found it! don’t let the whole and ancient grains fool you, it tastes like traditional pasta only better. even our picky kid loves the pasta. the owners are crazy nice and helpful and i feel like i’m home when i’m there picking up pasta. the last time i went the pasta was still warm from just coming out of the machine.
