What a great place! Ended up with 3 bags of jerky and some salt n vinegar crickets! The two gentleman (and ADORABLE dog) were an added bonus! Thanks, guys! We'll be back!

It's wild how much more tender the samples were than what we purchased. I even made a comment to my partner in the store how tender it was. It was the lemon pepper, Cajun spice and one more. So we decided to drop 70 bucks on only 24 oz of jerky. Definitely way overpriced :/

I visited this store with my family today. As we browsed the store, my mother asked the employee a question about a section of beef jerky in the store. The employee leaned away from her phone and said, "are you asking a question or is this a statement?" My mother said that she was asking a question. The employee stayed in the same place next to the counter and said, "everything is written on the back of the packages- you can read it... or I can come and read it for you." There are two pieces of this conversation that are important to mention. 1. My mother is of Korean descent, and while some words are difficult to pronunciation, this did not seem to be the issue in this case. This employee understood exactly what my mother said. She was inquiring about low sodium beef jerky options but was not provided any customer service. My second notice in this interaction was how ill-mannered her response was to my mother's question. Her tone was RUDE and UNWELCOMING. At this point, I walked over to my mother in the store and told her that we didn't have to buy anything in the store because the employee was being rude to her. The employee heard me saying this and said, "you can leave. Her phonetics weren't clear. It sounded like she made a statement, not a question."

Her interaction and insensitivity towards my mother, as a customer and a human being, was very hurtful and unnecessary. My brother also noticed the interaction and told our mother that we would find another place to shop. The employee responded, "leave, get out of my store. go!" After we left the store, she came to the door and continued to tell us to leave. This, I might add was the only time that she left from behind the counter area. My mother, father, and brother were leaving and let her know that her tone was completely unnecessary. The employee kept saying, "go, get off of my property." She then proceeded to shove my mother! My mother asked her not to touch her. We told the employee to go back in her store and she shoved my mother again. My father, who is also of Korean descent, was understandably upset and shocked by the interaction. He responded to the employee with a curse word. The employee said, "oh great English!" Our visit to the Beef Jerky Outlet was not only emotionally harmful to my family, it was also unsafe. In the midst of a pandemic, I was shocked to witness this employee use physical contact to shove my mother without a second thought. My family is very vigilant and careful when it comes to social distancing.

As we were pushed away, I made sure to tell the employee that I would be leaving a detailed review. For your reference, please replay any store video footage from 4/15/21 between 1:10- 1:20pm. I have also added a picture that we took of the employee after she shoved us out of the store. Notice that she is still on her personal phone.

We were at a coffee shop next door and my son saw some dried crickets through the window. We went to check it out and it turned out to be a pretty cool shop. They have all kinds of jerky (beef, elk, python) and other little dried animals as snacks. The people working there were super friendly, too.

Maybe the rudest cashier I’ve experienced. When I offered the young girl my money I was told she didn’t want to touch it and could I use a card. I didn’t engage with the snot nosed little girl because I was with my son… he was the first to mention how rude she was as we left the store. As a business owner myself I understand good help is sometimes difficult to find but WOW this one was bad enough for me to write my very first review ever. At least the jerky was average. Do yourself a favor when you see the sign just keep walking.

Just took advantage of their buy four and get one free deal because their jerky was so great we wanted to share it with some friends. There was a mix up with one of the packages we were intending to buy and ended up getting double charged. We called in four days later and they had our receipt saved and were waiting for our call in order to send us our refund. Great jerky and even better customer service.

The fried garlic is amazing! Love the spicy and crazy hot. Hatch Green Chile jerky is amazing. Came back like 3 times and spent so much money. This place is so gooood
