Overall it’s a central place to stay and it is easy and quick access to all we want to visit. Good place to sleep and enjoy an evening since it is three blocks away from downtown. Love the easy check in and check out process,
specially during the cold days. This was our second year back, that says it all. The downside is you have to carry luggage up the stairs since it has no elevator access. And laundry Matt is in the basement so it’s kind of scary going during late hours.

Outstanding group of people that will go out of their way to help you to make your stay comfortable. Whether you need to print off your boarding passes in the office (the Old days), or have a broken lock on your unit door, or need a jump for your car rental cause it’s cold and you gotta catch your flight, or you messed up huge and pulled into town on the wrong week. Immediate help is on the way.
I’ve been a Timeshare owner for 16 years and I can’t say enough good things about our place/Alpenrose. Cozy. Will likely come here yearly for life. I always tell people it’s the highlight of the year every year. Snowboarding with my 🇨🇦family of four. The free bus stop is at your doorstep. Grocery store is kitty corner a block away, Main Street the next block. it’s all right there. Once you park you don’t need the car. Location is perfecto. Carter park tobogganing is right behind our building thru the schoolyard. You can walk to the first lift the quicksilver if you want, maybe 10-15 minutes. I like to walk it at the end of a hard day on the mountain. My teenagers are lazy so we mostly take the free bus to/from the Beaver run chairlift. We take the ice rink express bus that runs in 2 shifts. It runs every 20min. The last bus in the morning is 9:40 am. It starts again for the ride home w pickup at beaver run at 2:40 - 3:00 pm. It’s where you wanna start if you wanna get up there quicker. Hanging out on the Mercury chair on peak 9 and the Falcon chair on peak 10 are our mainstays as it is for many I talked to. Wide open cruisers with plenty of room. I like popping in and out of the trees. A little something for everyone.

Perfect location for our ski getaway. Loved skiing in at the end of the day. Very short walk and you're in downtown. Parking one vehicle was never an issue. Small unit, but worked well for 3 adults. Lots of bedding was supplied for the primary bed and the pullout, and plenty of bath linens. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, and pans. Only small amount of salt & pepper, so bring any spices you need. The condo could use an update but it worked for us. Only suggestion is the removal of the carpet in the bathroom as it has a definite urine smell. We turned off the floor heater in there to keep the odor down, placed towels on the carpet, and wore slippers. We dropped a Star for this. Would stay here again.

Charming mountain log home tucked away in the woods yet 7 minutes from main street Brekenridge. The decor was woodsy and rustic and so very cute from the entrance welcome to the lamps, to the rugs, to the art on the walls. Especially loved the photo of the bear right at the back door! Kitchen was just perfect with all our cooking needs met. We experienced a lovely, quiet getaway from our very busy previous month!. We'll be back soon.
Thanks!

We enjoyed our week and Frisco and staying in the timeshare unit. The unit is quite old and rustic, but for our purposes with grandchildren and friends, it is quite sufficient. Also, the location in Frisco is great as it is within walking distance of the downtown.

Breckinridge in summertime is magical! Our stay at French Ridge was the perfect location. Across French Street were public tennis/pickleball courts for morning play. One block in the opposite direction, Main Street included Sunday Market, several shops, and a variety of restaurants.
Our favorite restaurants were Empire Burgers, Kenosha, and The Quandary. The Riverwalk provided beautiful rushing water scenes leading to the orchestra daytime rehearsals and the Gondola to Peak 8. The Trolley provided transportation on Main Street. Buses were additional free transportation around Breck. A local grocery was just across the side street, Jefferson St. I highly recommend Summet Express to shuttle to and from the Denver Airport. I look forward to returning to French Ridge condos for more girls’ trips in the future.
