I've rented several units managed by PMI Breck and all have been spotless when I arrive. This is a big deal to me as I had once used another management company in Breckenridge and the house was very dusty to the point it impacted our comfort.

Anytime I had a question, PMI Breck management was quick to respond, helpful and pleasant in their response.

As far as booking a unit, they are very accomodating to find a proper unit to fit my needs, even at the last minute.

I can't see using another company when I'm in Breck.

I've now stayed at two PMI Breckenridge properties. With late notice, they have been able to fit me into condos walkable to town. The pricing was right and the five day accommodations sure beat staying in a hotel. The process was smooth and the employees helpful!

We have been working closely with PMI Breck since 2016. They offer different levels of service, but we have always chosen a joint approach...we manage the bookings online and then PMI Breck manages the on site property management and serves as our local contact. The entire team is dedicated to ensuring quality guest stays. They are responsive, communicative, and trustworthy. The cleaning team (managed by PMI Breck) has always been topnotch; but even that was improved upon in this past year. Each time I walk into my home, I am thrilled by what I see when I look around, open drawers, etc. They are doing a great job keeping my home prepared for each and every guest, and they are a huge part in the five star ratings we consistently receive from our guests. Definitely recommend!
