Fantastic stop whenever we’re traveling through! Love the tea tastings and little art museum. The flavor themed paintings and sculptures are beautiful, and you obviously can’t beat the tea! They keep 6 or so hot and cold flavors in big pitchers and you can also taste any additional tea from the menu, made just for you. We will definitely be back and will do the tour next time!

I love Celestial Seasonings tea and have been drinking it for years. I like their new gut health and Sleepytime teas with wellness benefits like collagen.

One of the best reasons to come here is to sample the teas, which you can purchase in the store. I like to come and buy directly from them when I'm in the area.

I've taken the tour a couple of times and it's super fun to see what happens to make each bag of tea and you won't believe how strong the mint smells!!

we made it back 2 years later and it was open and so much fun!!!! the gift shop has delightful merch and the tea tasting room has all the original art pieces for the boxes! the tour was inexpensive and short, but informative! i would do it again any time we are in Boulder!

soooo sad the tea shop/tour is closed, apparently since covid. we are diehard celestial seasonings fans and want to see them reopen their doors! there are a few spots to take photos outside, but otherwise it’s deserted here 🙁

This was the best tour experience and highlight of our trip in Boulder! Hannah, Kaia, and Deb were amazing tea baristas. They helped us sample over 30 teas! The whole staff was incredibly kind, we had a blast. Thank you Celestial Seasoning team 💕

Tour details: The tour is ~20minutes and runs every hour, no reservations needed. When you arrive at the visitors center they will have you sign a form and will give you a ticket. The price is $5 per person (note: no children under 5 allowed). You can wait for the tour in the lobby where they have about 5-8 pre-made tea samples in big batches. Try those while you wait. The tour consist of a video and a walkthrough of all the phases of the tea processing facilities. The highlight being a stop in the Mint Room (so refreshing ❄️). The tour ends in the Tea Shop.

Pro tip: After the tour go back to the lobby and take your time sampling teas. Then go back and buy them at the tea shop! Our group favorites were: iced tea lemonade+ black tea, cinnamon apple spice, bangle spice with milk, peach tea, and sangria zinger. Anything with "zinger" was delicious! Note that you can try the teas hot, cold, with/wo milk, and with/wo sugar.

Had a great time here. The teas and tour are great. And the smells of the tea ingredients as you start your tour are heavenly. Everyone at the factory is super nice. You get to try almost any tea they sell in the little cafe. If you pay $5 per person for a tour, you get to use that as a credit in the gift shop, which is a great perk. Also you get a 4 pack sampler tea as your ticket. The flavor of this sampler indicates what time your tour is for the workers, so unfortunately you cannot exchange it for different flavor. I would highly recommend anyone visiting at least once if you find yourself in the Denver area.

This was my second time in the tour. I just cannot get enough of the peppermint room. Get there before the tour starts you are going to want to have time to sample some teas in the waiting area. I love the tour start to finish they’ve done an excellent job showing the process and explaining the experience. The gift shop at the end has lots of little goodies. It’s a great unique experience to have while in Boulder!
