Arrive early to avoid rush hour and get set up. You can get turned around at the cul-de-sac located at the end of 50th Avenue. Check in at the entrance by dock 1. The intercom is hard to hear, so listen closely for the woman who is the real-life version of Edna from *The Incredibles*. She can be easily annoyed, so be cautious when speaking to her. Backing into docks on the west side during rush hour is difficult due to box trucks loading across from the bays, and the street can be very congested.

Poor customer service.

Starting a business and inquired about wholesale pricing and delivery options.

I was quoted a price. I asked about specifics as to shipping, how to order, lead times, etc., and got no answers. When I asked for a quick phone call to answer basic questions, my request was ignored, my wholesale price quote was rescinded and I was told to order off the retail website at a much higher price.

I emailed the management with these details and the text message chain documenting all of it, and they ignored it.

they accused me of fraud after I placed an order on your website. instead of cancelling my order due to your own website flaws, how dare you I accuse me of fraud like I'm a hacker that can hack meats?!

maybe you should hire a better website Manager. while you're at it, hire a nicer online store manager as well.

The customer is not always right here! I made a purchase. I returned to the store 10 minutes later to return it in the sealed package (besides the fact that there are no customers so they couldn't forget me, the receipt has a timestamp.)
The manager reluctantly returned my item minus a fee because he would have to put the item in the freezer.
I have made other purchases here in the past and would continue to do so to add to the profit but now I will not. No need to be petty for $2. Their loss!

These meats are amazing. I got a sampler with ton of different cuts and meats and we are about 80% the way through all of the meat and all of it has been outstanding. A great way to get fantastic cuts of meat!!!

The package ingredients appear incorrect for venison. Venison usually shouldn't have any fat at all. And given the allergy history of the family member eating this product, that venison was very likely mixed, possibly accidentally, with trimmings from other types of meats.
