I’m not a chef or cook. This place had lots of food and equipment for commercial cooks. It made me dream about having a food truck. Large sacks of food, some even ready to heat and serve. That might be handy for a big event that’s not too fancy. I bought some Chinese jiaozi dumplings which were pretty good, a spreader knife, and a digital thermometer. Note, the battery cover on the thermometer loosens clockwise. Who does that? I had a nice time looking around. Prices seemed good. Membership has a discount and is free if you give them your information. Cashiers were friendly and helpful.

Our checkout clerk today was so incredibly pleasant. We had trouble with a price. He went above and beyond to get it right. I wish I had caught his name. The store is very nice. Carries several things the Denver store does not.

On April 20, 2024, I purchased a box of single serve coffee creamers at this warehouse.

I used those creamers for several months, then I discovered that the contents of some of the creamers was starting to coagulate. I was surprised, those creamers should have a very long shelf life.

In October 2024, I looked at the expiration date on the box of creamers, maybe that would explain why they were going bad. To my surprise, the expiration date on the box was April 4, 2024, well before the date I purchased them. Shamrock sold me a product that was expired!

On November 22, 2024, I went to the store and requested either a replacement, a refund, or a partial refund (since I had used about 1/3 of them). They stated that they do not allow returns of product after 30 days, so I was refused.

I am disappointed. Shamrock sold me a defective product, which I didn't discover for several months (because they didn't start to go bad until several months later). Shamrock refused to stand up and acknowledge/correct their mistake, leaving me with unusable product and out the value of 2/3 of a box of creamers.

This is one of the better places to go if you need bulk food, some cleaning supplies inexpensive but good pans, pot holders, cheese dairy, meats. You can get a tub of Nutella, you can get a big jar 42 oz of cappers for around $12. A 3.5 oz jar in the super market is between $3.50-$4 dollars I don’t think Sams’s or Costco sells capers. It does pay to shop around and know what prices are at other places You may be better off at a place like sprouts if you want to buy a small amount of produce you can get some really good deals at Shamrock Also there is no membership required
