We stayed at the Hoffman and we ate at the bar the first night and Shawna and Alex took great care of us. We came back again and same great experience and the wings were definitely one of the best. I eat wings at many places when I travel for work and this place has the best wings by far. Thanks Alex and Shawna for such a great experience.

I travel all over Colorado for work, this hotel hits every mark. The rooms are modern and spotless, the gym and hot tub are perfect. But you have to go see Shawna at the bar for her amazing cocktails! The food was shockingly impressive, I got the chicken fettuccine Alfredo w egg noodles and it tasted homemade! This was my 3rd time here and will always stay here on my work trips.

I can’t believe Hoffmann has been here 9 months and this was our FIRST time dining here! It was a wonderful experience and beautiful ambiance. Shawna was bartending and my husband and I decided to sit at the bar and have dinner…so glad we did. She gave us her recommendations and we enjoyed every bit of it! From the lemon Parmesan wings, which were delicious and crispy to the streak frites and bolognese short rib and the. Top it off with the key lime pie….we were truly impressed! We did not feel like we were in a hotel. We WILL be back!! Reasonably priced and really great energy. Shawna was great and we loved her positive energy (and her recommendations…EVERY.SINGLE.ONE.OF.THEM
