Had a terrible experience with the gentleman with glasses and beard. He was working sick and I mentioned that he should not be working sick to the other gentleman helping me at the time. The next time I went in there, he said he heard I was talking shade about him and I was not welcome to shop there anymore. Obviously over the top, unprofessional, and out of line for a floor worker. This is an ongoing issue and I am still waiting to hear back from management as to what the resolution may be.

Really disappointed with their offerings. The staff is always very kind/ helpful and apologetic. It was suggested that I leave a review. When you look at The Med selection compared to the Rec side, it’s an empty fridge. The Rec side is stocked with a variety of concentrates and edibles while The Med side is literally three empty shelves in the fridge every time I go and often no Indica wax. The medical concentrate selection is probably the worst part with only one or two choices of very low grade crumble distillate wax. I’m also very apprehensive to purchase any of it because it seems like it sits there and doesn’t move. They have offered a discount on their larger selection of rec, but it would barely offset the tax difference. As a medical card holder, I want to try and support this place but every time I go in the selection is BAD. Much of the flower on the shelves is obviously old. I’ve only seen a few strains worth purchasing. I have often left without purchasing anything and try again later. Really disappoint Offerings.

I’m a medical patient and the last 4 times I’ve come in the bud tender struggles to get me my meds. Called ahead to make sure my
Meds were in stock and when I got there they had them but he didn’t know why they weren’t in the system and I couldn’t get what I needed. Said I needed to wait 3+ days for the manager

Over the last 2 months I’ve known about this dispensary I have yet to see any new products. I am a medical patient and there a very few medical dispensaries in this valley so I would hope that they would hold themselves to a higher standard. Every time I’ve gone in the staff is great but the quality of their medical products is not even as good as the recreational side. The first time I went in for med edibles the ones I received were rock hard. I would continue to go to this shop because it is close and convenient but they need to step their medical game up. As a patient I would expect the quality and variety to be higher

Love this place I shop here a few times a week. The staff is amazing. But please get XLarge rolling papers I will buy the box. I hear people asking for them all the time when I’m in store.

What a great staff and selection! I was swinging through to gas up and notice the new shop conveniently located right next door to the general store. I was able to get some top-quality Natty Rems flower from the store and Caroline the Bud Tender also gave me a certificate for a free yoga session at her Aspen studio! The layout is open and inviting, just like the staff. Overall, it was a unique, enjoyable experience and a new favorite destination when I’m in theRoaring Fork area!
