Zachary, is an extremely knowledgeable butcher. He is very professional and freindly. He took care of our needs completely. We got blindsided by another butcher who went out of business without informing his customers! Zachary was able too take our steer and performed an extremely pristine, tidy, processing! Everything is packaged up perfectly! We will be using the Paonia Food Club's services again in the future. The portions are perfect and everything is delicious. It was a great experience getting my meat processed through Paonia Food Club. Zachery is a very knowledgable and down to earth guy, I highly enjoy chatting with him as well. I will be sure to process all my meats through him from now on. I definitely got more for my money through here as Zachery is very good about using as much as the animal as possible. Definitely got more here than my other processor experiences in the past.

I got a 1/20 subscription beef share from Zach, and let me tell you in a lifetime of carnivory this is the best beef I've ever had! Ethically grown and processed and super delicious. You can tell just by looking at it that it's fresh as can be and top quality, and every cut has cooked up tender and tasty. You can't buy this stuff at the grocery store folks! And it's more affordable too!
