You place your order before 9am and they will have your food ready for pick up between 4-7pm. All you need to do is put it in the oven. Such a great idea and I love that the produce and meat is sourced locally. The food was absolutely delicious. Clean ingredients and the process was very easy. So thankful to have this as an option on the valley. Will order again.

The food here is so delicious! We’ve tried a variety of entree options and make pick up from The Supply Collective a once, sometimes twice weekly convenient dinner option. Makes for great leftovers as well.
This is such an appreciated option for local food by local people. The food is so fresh. I can see this being a great option for families and also for dinner parties!
The whole experience feels like having a (very talented chef) friend make a home cooked meal for you. The people are so kind when we come to pick up.

My only instructions were to stop by and pick up dinner (ordered online). Location was easy to find and parking was very close. Stepped into an open warehouse with a register and friendly staff. Our order was up within a couple of minutes. Staff has a solid background of catering and they even had a coffee bar available. Prep took 15 minutes, packaging to plate. Soups and side veggies were incredibly flavorful and perfectly spiced. Embarrassingly, I resorted to licking my plate. Seriously, it was that good. We ordered a few day’s meals and can’t wait to see what the next brings. Very reasonable pricing. Will be back for sure.

We ordered the braised short ribs, truffle potatoes, green beans almondine and Mac & cheese. It was OUTSTANDING!!!
When I went to pick up our dinner, I was met with a smile and gratitude for ordering. The reheating instructions were clear and concise. The food was aesthetically appealing and DELICIOUS! It was still tasty when we enjoyed the leftovers. Five stars!!

Amazing, healthy, and hearty prepared meals for takeout. It’s been a lifesaver to have a lunch or dinner ready to put in the over AND be really healthy. Highly recommend trying this out. The lasagna and chicken curry are my favorites and the cookies are phenomenal

Amazing! Process of ordering and picking up is easy, portions are generous, and most importantly, the food is OFF THE HOOK! We’re very happy each time we order, which is becoming a weekly habit. We’ve needed this in Carbondale and I’m so happy these guys are the ones doing it.
