So good - and hyper local! Patrick is making great beers. Totally worth the slightly out of the way location, with a fantastic variety of really, really good beers. The Strawpile lager I had first was a light copper color with subtle caramel-y flavor and a very smooth finish. Had the Pilsner before, which was perfectly crisp. Finished today with the Czech lager, which was similarly colored and a little hoppier. Next time I’ll go just with the Strawpile.

Fun, friendly atmosphere right in the brewing room, and I heard there’s a sister facility in Basalt (I’ll stop in) AND something coming for downtown Carbondale. They’re doing a ton of great community outreach, too - look for their taps at SkiCo and at non-profit events.

Mirror the dog friendly vibe.

Visiting from Central Texas - this place had great reviews so we gave it a shot and we’re not disappointed. We had the Kulani Hazy IPA and the Saba and Full Curl Sours and loved them. Both were super drinkable and well made. The brewers know what they are doing here. Dog and kid friendly - and the staff are super personable. Highly recommend! Update: bought a six pack of the Sherpa Porter and that’s amazing, too!

Great micro-brewery, some of the best beer in the valley. The bartenders are always helpful, and the tasting room is very comfortable.

As others have said, a little to find but I’m so glad we did. We had the Temerity and Kulani IPA’s and they are terrific. Good music, good feel. Give it a try!
