Entrance is on 38th right next to the Amazon building. Arrived an hour and a half early and luckily they were able to take me (sometimes they can’t take early arrivals). Slide tandems and hit the dock and took off my red air hose. Loaded in about 2 hours.

Super friendly staff and I was going into CA at 40,000 and half expected to be overweight (always do if going into CA heavy) but nope! Load was perfectly fine. Thank you A+ work for Fresca!

Great folks.
Put into a door asap and was loaded within an hour.
They are very friendly.

The empty parking spots with dropped trailers are all private rented spots, and you are not allowed to park in them for more than an hour or so. You will be forced to leave.
They are absolutely spot on about appointment time, so if you get there earlier than you should, you are gonna have to find a place to park offsite.
Amazon across the street has had the street marked for no parking, and I saw enforcement booting and ticketing people while I was there.

Got here a half hour early gor an 0800 delivery and was put in a door as soon as I checked in (which is at the unmarked door near dock 32 or so, just walk up and ring the doorbell), 2.5hrs to unload. Nice staff, bathrooms are inside the warehouse, no complains other than the somewhat long unload time

Entrance is off 38th and Amazon Logistics Dr. They were relatively quick with the loading, had to head back because they mistakenly loaded 4000 pounds of poor life choices. Shipping time is between 8am and 2pm.
