Incredible product. I cannot believe all of the tempeh varieties I have tried are not selling off the shelves at Whole Foods or other major supermarkets. I have come back every year from NM for this one of a kind item. I most recently tried the chocolate cookie tempeh and it tastes exactly like decadent liquor chocolate. The granola, dehydrated, crackers, and miso versions are also outstanding in terms of taste and nutrition.
