They pick and choose when they do Chesters chicken. Its 12 oclock and they refuse to honor their “or its free” advertisements. It is quite annoying to show up somewhere and they decided to take the day off. Manager you do realize youre supposed to have your store fully staffed right and not just rely on one person only?

Most employees at this King Soopers store are very rude. I have never been asked if I needed help finding groceries, and I haven't seen anyone smile back at me or say, "Have a nice day." They ignore their customers, frown if you ask a question, or respond rudely.
And these lackluster employees dare to picket their employer for more money and better working conditions? With their work ethic, they are lucky to have a job!

The customer service at King Soopers is always really good. I went there today to get my new registration tag and the gentleman helped me figure out how to do it. Valerie the girl that works at Starbucks was very nice and helpful when it came to me ordering something to eat and drink. The manager is always very helpful I am sorry I forgot his name but he has red hair thank you for your great customer service and great produce

Store was jammed on Friday night pre snow storm and Arctic Vortex arriving on Saturday. Self checkouts and almost every other checkout lane open thanks to management. Fairly quick checkout.

So I went to the service desk to attempt to load my Cash App card and my mother's Cash App card. It said decline on both cards, but the lady at the desk, along with a head clerk. Neither one knew how
To load the cash onto the card.
But i'm sure they've done it hundreds of times before. All they had to do was tell me I needed a barcode. Not helpful.

I’m extremely frustrated with lack of service at this store. 10am on Sunday morning and only two checkers working, produce shelves bare. It is prime shopping time. You should better organize your staff. 9/10 visits, there are no check out lanes open.
