Amazing food, amazing staff! Everyone is so nice. Especially Alexia! She went above and beyond and gave me a great recommendation and now I’m hooked on the shrimp. I will definitely come back!

Fr a fast casual restaurant, the atmosphere and s above standard. The service , like most places was just okay. Not bad, not good. Not helpful but not rude. The reason we go is the food. We enjoy places where you can have a variety of options. Healthy options that are delicious and warm as well as a Big side of fries for others. They do a great job overall. And is a staple for takeout. We were very happy with their family meals. Only constructive comment would be to the owners to try and reduce the use of seed/vegetable oils. That’s it. Thank you ❤️

Alexia and Alicia are thee best they remember you and the things you like. When your indecisive and need help on what to get this is the place to be. Never had a bad experience even when the menu is new they remember the things you don't like as well to help you with the best options. And they always offer you water while you wait.

This place was a pleasant surprise for us. Clean, healthy, beautiful food. The staff is amazing, and everyone is so nice, as if they’re all on the same wavelength and truly love their work. The food was excellent, and the grilled shrimp were particularly impressive. They were the best shrimp we've had anywhere. Overall, we are more than satisfied. I wish this place great prosperity and hope the smiles on the employees’ faces never fade, even on tough days.

Great food as always. Got the Vida keto bowl, with chicken, and it was perfect. I didn't even need the dressing which is not common for me, It was very flavourful and the chicken was very juicy and fresh.
Richard was great, he acknowledged me and noticed me as soon as I walked up to the counter even though his back was towards us initially while he was working on something. He was friendly and polite. Even came by later and asked how everything was and offered to clear our table. Thank you Richard for making a great experience even more exceptional.

Christina is the most professional, kind, and enjoyable person I’ve encountered in a long time. In fact, her level of customer service and attitude is the primary reason we frequent this Luna Grill location. She is super polite, always greets my wife and kids, and it makes the experience so enjoyable. Her attitude definitely has a trickle down effect to the rest of the staff. Everyone is polite, well mannered, and courteous. Customer service for this whole team is a 10/10!
