I used to go to Pepe’s in Covina for their amazing hard shell tacos, so I was thrilled when one opened up in my hometown. I’ve been here a few times, and it never disappoints. The food is always delicious, especially the hard shell tacos—I love the potato and shredded beef options! The service is consistently friendly, and the restaurant is clean and well-maintained. Overall, it’s always a great experience enjoying fast, delicious food here.

THE best Mexican breakfast in the neighborhood! Seriously— I have not been disappointed in the least bit. And their salsa is BOMB!!!!!
I have only went through the drive-through, and so I don’t really know what the inside of the restaurant is like, but the service at The window is great. Always a smiling face.

This place is so delicious! You can't go wrong with any of their nachos and all the burritos that we've tried have been huge and so delicious. They also have the nicest customer service each time we've gone inside.

Disappointed. Ordered online for pickup. Son went and got it and we got ready for a movie. Bit into burrito , its not all meat. 2 items ordered, 1 wrong. 1st time there. Thats a pretty bad percentage of failure. It has beans rice etc. Should i bring the food i just bit into back, go out of my way to get it right? Or should it just not occur in the first place. Order said meat burrito lol 2 words based off your menu. Step up your customer service game.

I'm a creature of habit and always go back for the carne asada burrito with everything. My friend and are obsessed with their pickled onions. They pack a punch but taste so good on their own or on top of whatever you order. Everything I've had here was yummy. I need them to make the Mexican Arnold Palmer (half Jamaica/ half lemonade) a menu item considering how many times I've ordered it. The atmosphere is a typical fast food setting

Absolutely delicious!!!!!!!!! I am so happy that we have a Pepe's here locally. Their food is so yummy! Their customer service is awesome as well. I'm a huge fan of the shredded beef tacos! So YUMMY!!!!!! I just wish they wore gloves while preparing your food!!!! They wore some when requested! Thank you!

It's a bit far from our place, but we love Mexican food, so we usually come here. However, after reading reviews about them not wearing gloves, I'm reconsidering whether to return. I hope management addresses this! When cooking for others, I ensure I don't touch their food; it's basic courtesy!

We ❤️ their taquitos, wet burrito and nachos though so I hope the owner/management will take the reviews seriously and will take action!

The food here is great!!!!

Drive thru workers can be better trained, and not use words like " oh shit" when your order is taken incorrectly. You often catch yourself repeating your order 2 to 3 times because their not focused!!!

Note: you are usually in the drive-thru line 30 minutes.

We go here 1 to 2x per week for the great food, but not once have I received my whole order correct. They always miss something or make the items incorrect. So since I decided to start getting off to order. Unfortunately, the order is still incorrect..

The cooks are doing a remarkable job, while the drive-thru and window staff lounge around and are not fully focused... They need better trained women in both the window and front who speak both English and Spanish. Too much horse playing , the younger generation really needs to put more effort and management needs to train them better.
