I feel like this small "comment box" will not do justice to how great Vending World is as a company. From having a well-organized website for making purchases, to a well-set-up showroom floor, to being greeted not only by the owners but also by their employees with a warm welcome—Vending World truly stands out.

Their machines are very well put together—no horrible paint jobs, no dents. Vending World does a professional job, unlike other places I’ve been to. This is the place to buy from if you DON’T want a mediocre vending machine.

Randy, the owner, is very knowledgeable in the vending machine industry. He will assist you in finding the proper vending machine for your needs and answers any questions you might have. His customer service is outstanding, and he genuinely cares about his customers.

Lastly, I want to give a shout-out to Manuel, Randy’s assistant, for doing such a great job explaining how the machines work and for always greeting us with a smile.

I bought a Dixie Narco 501e and an AMS 111 machine from these guys about a year ago. Aside from a little cleaning and a fan needing to be replaced, these machines have been absolute workhorses. I purchased a machine through a different supplier just this month, and have had nothing but headaches. I will be choosing vending world in the future. Hopefully, they will continue to impress!

Years ago this was a decent place. Those days are gone! Now if you have any issues you better make sure you do not delay attempting to get parts for repair. If you are just a couple days after the warranty FORGET IT. I will never deal with them again.

I see you added a comment. We did know what parts were needed at the time but you would not send them. You wanted to charge me for what clearly was a warranty issue. It has now been several years of non working vending products. Every single time I restock this machine I am reminded of the way I was treated!

Was there to purchase a machine, i was asking the simplest question about a specific machine for example how man can sodas fit along with the monster drinks which are bigger lady said "idk" asked another question about just how much electricity will they use and how much will the difference be on my bill her answer was "I'm not an electrician" I laughed you would think if your in this line of work you would know details about most of your machines.
Decided to leave and go else where.
