Own system and need new beeds once a year. This time my meter on unit died and they took care by installing new unit at no charge. By using this product you wash vehicle and use unit to rinse with no drying and spotless vehicle finish is the result.

Was super excited to try out the Simple Chuck filter system. Unfortunately the resin filters are out of stock and no clear picture of when they will be in stock. Don't want to spend that kind of $ and be stuck without the filters.

One Star would be generous. The owner, Chuck, called me personally accusing me of sending 2-50lb weights back instead of my used resin. Honestly one of the craziest things I've ever experienced. Apparently he thinks I was upset with not receiving my resin on time. I would never take the time to go buy brand new weights and have them shipped because I was mad at a company. Who has this kind of time?! He also accused me of not sending back my used resin, since I'm on the Power program. He said I had never sent back any of my 5 previous orders. I then found a Tracking number for an order I sent back recently and sent that over which he acknowledged they did receive it but still did not accept responsibility. I have never been disrespected and treated as poorly as Chuck. owner of the company. Apparently Chuck has some anger issues and is not even willing to hear from his customers before he accuses them of something. I will never use this company and highly recommend to our members to never buy from this company.

No returned my calls or emails. Very disappointing, that such a good product at one time, now I can't trust it or the company. I was left with water stains everywhere on my 40K Harley Davidson...
The refill arrived in a different very brownish black, with things improving constantly, knowing I had the correct refill, boy was I wrong what a big mess, I always bragged about the cr spotless! ...but not anymore, poor customer service when there's a issue.
